Working with investors, clients, and new homeowners is very rewarding. 

At SNAP (Steve Norris And Partners!) - I’m fortunate to work with many of my colleagues on multiple projects, allowing us to continually improve quality AND enjoy the process.

I currently work closely with Cory MacDermott from Beacon High Performance Homes on retrofit & small sustainable construction projects. Cory is a carpenter by trade, spent time working at SAIT in the Green Building Technology Lab, and takes that knowledge and skill base to each of our projects.

On the multifamily construction side, I work closely with Jesse Bastain (Project Manager) and Mike Mills (Construction Manager) from Plaid Shirt Building and Development. My role is to support clients through the development process as needed, preparing the project for a successful tendering and construction process.
