RENOVATION
Character is hard to build new.
The renovation of this 100-year-old house included a full interior gut, replacement of all structural framing & windows, and many surprises along the way. Preserving the original brick fireplace facades, re-using the original interior doors & trims, & refurbishing the loft as a play area were a lot of extra work but worth the effort.
Completed Summer 2020.
